WORK PROFILE
I can best describe myself as ambitious, resourceful, diligent, proactive, energetic, receptive to new ideas and learning, committed, empathetic, empowering women, insightful, encouraging, motivating, inspirational, and most important is making a vision and motto in life “Empowering Women Education”. The term “Women Empowerment” refers to empowering women, which is a more basic terms means to provide women with opportunities to progress academically, financially, and socially. It is a process that constitutes several initiatives taken by the governments, societies, and other relevant organizations, towards educating women, making them financially independent, to improve their living conditions and also their social status as well. The fundamental idea at the core of “Women Empowerment” is to establish equal opportunities for women in education, jobs, and society, as enjoyed by the men. I am making an attempt from my end by providing free sessions for their welfare helping them to emerge and earn their own livelihood and gaining more confidence and becoming a self-sustained and independent entrepreneur with multi-faced training of personality development, sessions, soft skills, Stress Management, and life skills. I have trained more than 2700+ women all across helping them with these E’s- EDUCATE, EMPOWER, EXISTENCE, ENCOURAGING, ESTABLISH THEIR IDENTITY, ECONOMICALLY STABLE, EXTROVERT. My greatest strength is the overall pragmatic approach which combines practical and experimental learning to offer teachers and children a chance to grow and learn. I also bring a lot of innovative thoughts in Thematic lesson planning, creating my own teaching aids, Multiple Intelligence approach, Curriculum planning, and development for Preschool/primary level. I had also been chaired as a Resource Committee Member of Child Development and Learning Cell (CDLC) for the year 2008-2011.
