Mrs Avanthi Mokireddi is the eldest daughter of Mr Rama Krishna and Mrs Subhashini who are native of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. She was always thought about Mother Teresa and Florence Nightingale in her childhood by her father which has pulled her to step into Nursing. She completed her Bachelors in Nursing from St.Lukes college of Nursing, Visakhapatnam. Then she moved to Wolverhampton, UK to pursue higher studies where she completed Masters In Public health and gained experience by working with NHS, care homes in UK. After 3years returned to motherland got married to Mr.Kowndinya Bose. She did Msc Nursing with Obstetrics and gynecology as specialization from Rajvi Gandhi University, Bangalore. She has been working with corporate hospitals as Nursing Superintendent. After education she has been spending more time in training and teaching in health care delivery system. As the days have bought many changes in the education system most of the paramedic course learning students lost passion for the work they do and no empathy towards patients. So she now dedicates most of the time to emphasize on the importance of caregiving, value of human touch for patients.Its 10years she has been into training and social work. She took break in her career and gave birth to twins. As taking care of the kids is one of the biggest challenge for a women she decided to start home care nursing named SUBHRAAM HUMAN SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. It has been nearly five years now she has handled different clients with many challenges .As the knowledge of the caregivers or the nurses was not up to the mark she decided to go for training young underprivileged girls which would empower them for better living. Thus along with home care services the company provides training, placement, meets all the needs of elderly, disabled at home as per the requirement.
She makes time for charity and social service to provide care and support to the children with special needs. This was started when she was not able to find proper therapy centers for her own son who is with Downs syndrome. She had to travel to different places away from her home town to get good therapy for her son. The foundation helps in training mothers to take care of their kids who can’t afford for therapies, guiding for government benefits to these kids, providing basic needs and helping women to make care giving as career.
