I am a wellness professional involved in social work, training, mentoring children, teens, adults on various topics related to Personal Safety, Cyber Safety, Mental Health, Gender Equality, Body positivity, POCSO etc. I also spearhead wellness drives using therapeutic yoga, expressive arts, talk therapy etc. I extend my sessions beyond the four walls of the classroom and believe in educating children fr the grassroot levels.
