Terms and Conditions FSIA

Welcome to Forever Star India Awards (FSIA). By registering on our platform, participating in an Award Title, Beauty Pageant, or other eligible competitions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Registration & Participation

• A registration fee is applicable for auditions and participation, which varies by category and level (City or National).
• The registration fee is non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or cancellation by FSIA (View FSIA Refund Policy).
• FSIA holds the right to verify the identity, documents, and eligibility of all participants at any stage of the competition.

2. Digital Rights & Media

• Rights to use photographs, videos, profiles, and achievements for marketing, publicity, and promotional purposes.
• Permission to feature participants on FSIA’s social platform, Google rankings, YouTube channels, and news media.
• Participants may not claim royalties or compensation for use of their image or profile in FSIA promotional materials.

3. Selection & Judging

• FSIA uses a structured evaluation method based on performance, presentation, personality, and other set criteria.
• Selection at each level (city/state/national/international) is at the sole discretion of the jury panel.

4. Intellectual Property

• All logos, names, event titles, media, and content published under FSIA are the intellectual property of Ellegent Exports Pvt. Ltd.
• Any unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

• FSIA is not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury that may occur during physical events, travel, or platform usage.
• Participation in FSIA events is entirely voluntary, and the participants shall solely bear all associated risks and responsibilities.

6. Event Changes & Cancellations

• FSIA reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or modify the format, schedule, venue, or terms of any event due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Participants will be notified via email or SMS in such cases.

7. Modification of Terms

• FSIA may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. 
• Participants are responsible for reviewing them periodically. Continued participation or use of the platform implies acceptance of updated terms.

8. Final Selection & Legal Jurisdiction

• The final selection of participants is made by FSIA’s top-level management and CEO.
• Any disputes or legal complaints must be reported and addressed within the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan. Reports or legal actions initiated in any other location will not be considered valid.
