Greetings,

Myself Maj. Arusha Shete- Nandimath I am a Microbiologist and serving for more then two decades in Shriman Bhausaheb Zadbuke College ,Barshi And also an Associate N.C.C Officer, currently commissioned at the rank of Major. I am the recipient of the most prestigious DG Commendation Card and Narishri award .My Ph.D thesis work papers have been published in international journals, on pubmed and have had citations across the globe. I believe in experimentation and I encourage my students to apply the subject outside the classrooms and laboratories.

Alongside teaching, I've always been passionate about the uniformed services. As a result of my hard work and dedication I've been selected by the Maharashtra Directorate for the fourth time to represent Maharashtra at the Republic Day Camp, New Delhi with the faith and trust to win the banner. I am grateful to the directorate for giving me this opportunity and responsibility which itself means more than any award to me. I take this as a wonderful opportunity to share my experiences and guide the youth,inspire,motivate them.

Personally speaking, I love singing and I think is one of the best skills one could have. I'm fond of travelling and I try to seek every opportunity that I could get to pack my bags and hit the unknown roads.

Cooking is and has always been my hobby. I love cooking .

In the past and even today, in different fields and in different ways, I'm glad that I get to work with inspired, motivated people and ultimately do the best I can for my country.
