1.I was recognised by my College as President of CSE batch 2010-2014 for being an achiever in academics and developed MOBILE APPLICATION (Mobile to Mail Sync)and for leading team with Multifaceted nature.The App patents were used by our Senior most professor to publish in his  GitHub profile.

2.I won HINDU EPLUS CHAMPION 🏆 CHALLENGE ❤️ twice in a row for "BEST PRESENTATION" and " DEBATE " on a state platform held in Vijayawada in  2013.

3.I participated in MISS VIZAG 2014 and was a finalist listed in Top5.

4.I was recognised as "KNIGHT IN THE SHINING ARMOUR" for my integrity and work excellence by IBM India Private Limited -Hyderabad in 2017.

5.I published my own research paper on" TALENT MANAGEMENT WITH AGILE CULTURE " which is innovative approach and selected for Academy of International Business journal in 2020 solely based on my Master's in HR .

6.Received "GOLD MEDAL" for presenting INTERNET OF THINGS seminar in prestigious manufacturing Maharatna industry i.e  STEELPLANT (RINL-VIZAG).

7.I received standing ovation for my excellent research on "ROLE OF INTERNET OF  THINGS IN WASTE MANAGEMENT" by State level research committee -SIDAR in 2020.

8.I published research paper without PhD as author in Academy of International Business because of my innovative idea related to "TALENT MANAGEMENT WITH AGILE CULTURE" and got rewarded as best journal.

9. I won global weight loss challenge 8 times in a row for my transformation and I inspired hundreds of people by organising free wellness sessions and workout sessions like Pilates,Yoga, HIIT ,KIRNGY and conducting virtual sessions till date.

10. I won best recognition as Business Communication and IELTS trainer recently and received hike in remuneration within less span based on student's rating and their excellence because of my mentorship.
