I work as an inhouse counsel in a reputed MNC - A French company, leading legal and compliance for the company. I am also the company secretary and handle India and Sri Lanka business. I am an associates mentor with FEA, an NGO working in the field of education for underprivileged students. I am also a leadership coach in the making. I work on the task forces of various industry organisations like IFCCI and OPPI in a working/advisory capacity. I lead the Corporate social responsibility (CSR) for my company. I am also invited as a speaker for various pharma industry events.
