Mr Deepak Sharma has many feathers on his hat and to name a few he is a professional life & wellness coach, career counsellor, Mystic & Yogi, Traveler, writer and Founder & president of Deeproserves and Yogalaya. For more than two decades, he has been globally engaged with many organizations, Universities, Schools, NGOs, Groups and Individuals to help them attain successful personal and professional transformation and success in life. He was born and raised in a middle service class family with limited resources in New Delhi, India which did not allow him to explore various education and career opportunities independently at the beginning. Around 10-12 years of age, he had thoughts associated with broader aspects of life and its mysteries but he could not get answers or responses to many of thoughts due to lack of guidance, resources. Time passed, even before completing his graduation, he started teaching home-based tuitions from year 2001 to become more self-dependent and support his family, studies. He eventually started doing small job after completing his graduation in 2003. His initial years of struggle paid him off well and he could gradually find his way to grow, earn, learn and succeed while working with diverse organizations at national and international platforms while traveling extensively various places. During this journey of exploring, learning and experiencing various aspects of life, he underwent not only personal and professional transformation but spiritual as well. Until one day, he realised to take a giant leap of quitting his well-established job to peruse his dream. The dream was to independently establish himself and his organization to not only gain the opportunity to contribute his bit openly but also help people transform themselves to become more competent and successful being. To make himself professionally competent, credible enough to achieve this fully, he did multiple certifications like professional life coaching and neuro linguistic programing, diploma in psychology, yoga shiromani (Uttar kashi, gurukul based), Ayurveda and naturopathy etc. In Aug 2017, he formally started his dream project which he named “Deep Success Mantra Services” which later on changed to “Deeproserves-Deepak Sharma Professional Services” with the following mission statement / objective: “In this competitive VUCA ( Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world, only competent survive and attain success therefore our endevour is to facilitate individuals to become competent in their transformational journey of success through our prescribed services I,e wellness, corporate, life skill development and career”. He shares, “To think of a business is easier than actually doing it, so struggle was evident in the beginning but that’s where the difference is that your dream and passion can inspire you to hang on long until you succeed. Eventually, when you are sailing into an open ocean, you not only get to face challenges but also new opportunities and possibilities. During Global Pandemic Covid-19, we could not only successfully adopt to digital or virtual mode of services but also helped people, organization, NGOs and groups to overcome various associated problems with the help of our signature online initiatives and programs like Intensive Covid 19 Prevention and Protection Program, Life Transformation Program, Online Yoga- Mediation Classes, Pursuit of Happiness, Personal Healing and Counselling sessions etc This is what I cherish now that I get to touch as many as lives possible and help people transform to succeed in some ways. Through our wellness Services (yogalaya), we have not only helped people to overcome diseases and medical conditions but also brought physical-mental wellbeing to many lives. We get many more opportunities to work with many Corporates, Organizations, Universities and Schools to conduct various learning (Trainings) interventions independently and successfully also through our Centre based Skills Development & Career Service, we could help individuals to improve upon their competencies like communication, personality, interviews and careers”.
