2. Labor management session : sessions for couples who are expecting their bundle of joy soon. This session helps couple understand how to take labor pain and manage pain during labor by relaxation techniques and breathing patterns to ensure normal delivery.
3. Breastfeeding and post natal baby care : This session enables new mothers to understand breastfeeding and how to take care of the newborn with lots of right information.
4. Prenatal Yoga : We offer prenatal yoga to the expecting mothers and introduce the concept of yoga to increase the flexibility and keep themselves calm.
5. Postnatal Yoga : This is for new mothers to help them get back on their feet after going through a complex process of childbirth and regain the strength in body with natural yoga and breathing exercises.
