I run a women empowerment kendra which is "Loksanskratimanch Aatmanirbhar Bharat Prashikshan Kendra" in which I teach house hold womens and make them aatmanirbhar which can continue their household and earn some money.

Iam also a professor in B.ed department at Jain Diwaker college,Indore.I am also a working from 10 years at pidilite as a expert teacher and visiting faculty.

I also teach physically disabled children and people and organise thier art exhibition.
