Runalaila Ansari became a Achievers in Human Resources (HR) from Thane, she has been given this title in Forever Star Indias Super Woman 2023.
In 2001 got prize in collage and in our society as i was topper in SYBsc.As pet work profile, i was working with JABS International as HR and MR and recieved appreciation from Director ,MD and ofcourse from workers and employees as i introduced PF fir the workers and employees. previous company doesn't have PF facility but I fought it for the workers and employees and did my best to achieve this.So now whenever I go to my previous company, each and every persons wanted to meet me and I feel very proud that I did something for the worker and employees. This is my success and happiness.
