"I strongly believe that ,there are two important days,a person should remember in their life..one is the day they are born and other is the day when they realise   Why they are born..My career journey began in  a Medical field..but rather getting engaged just in the  job ,Imy strong will was taking me to heights through my determination. I have specialized in different,streams .. wherever life placed me,I have always bloomed with grace,as as writer am a co author of English poetry "The soulful Echoes",am a bullet rider,trained classical dancer,Kickboxer,blogger and vlogger.. I am working with various reputed organisations like kerala counselor's Forum and has worked with District Mental health , especially for corona patients where I got the award of Best corona counselor.During the journey,even I happened to lose my voice due to continuous counselling for corona patients and underwent vocal endoscopy and further treatmentsunfortunately during the process,I got corona twice as well but I never ,laid a leg back from being a worker to fight the pandemic for our nation.I have worke with several organizations as a clinical psychologist aka counselor to bring child drug abuse under control..swaraksha 'was a platform,where I could join hands with women  with purposes'for empowerment to fellow women.There is no end for our passions and it's in huma nature . I was Miss Bangalore -Miss personality,and after marriage and with a 10year old child,I was still pursuing of becoming a fashion icon and I could win The beauty pageant one of the greatest honour in kerala for married women,as 'woman of substance -Mrs kerala Millenial India Mrs congeniality 2021 I am jury to various beauty Pageants and Fashion platforms running in Kerala Am happily married to Navy Captain Nikhil Panakkal and blessed with a sweet daughter Michelle Susan Panakkal studying in her fifth grade,in Gregorian public school Cochin.After completing my Master graduation in Business Administration (HR),I studied, Montessori,A strand of Forensic Neuropsychology,Nd then Master graduated in Clinical psychology. My project was"Impact of Domestic violence on Emotional intelligence on children and child abuse in Ernakulam District"     y
