14.5 years of corporate career in different industries FMCG Finance & Insurance.I hold a Masters in Commerce & Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.I am also an Associate with Insurance institute of India.I have always displayed leadership skills and have mentored many women to become entrepreneurs.I have always been fascinated about empowering & enlightening lives along with a heart connection. Well travelled & extensive knowledge about different markets in India( mostly East)and skilled in developing new businesses. Hence finally I decided to leave my cushioned corporate job & seek a different less traveled path of being an entrepreneur. I founded Soulmates with 2 parts to it.. Www.soulmatesearch4u.com a matrimonial offline n online portal with a pragmatic approach to finding Soulmates with empaneled psychologists & Relationship managers to make the process of searching life partners more comfortable and informed.We plan to provide end to end services from matching to wedding planning,catering and have association with third party vendors for such arrangements. The second part of the business was Soulmates café &Bistro a fine dining Bistro which serves manifold purposes- informal meeting setup between parents/prospective matches;corporate meetings & gatherings and offcourse family/friends meeting up.We specialize in global cuisine. I started the business all by myself with no external investors and conceived an amalgamation of India's two most loved obsessions after cricket and Bollywood- Wedding & Food. However the world was not prepared for the catastrophe Covid caused & today being a 1st generation entrepreneur has been filled with struggles n trysts. Hopeful to sail through & continue to provide employments or empower future business owners by expanding the brand to other cities. Thank you for considering my journey.

We have onboard psychologists to help families understand what they are looking for & bridge expectations. It's a modern setup where families/ prospectives can first meet up informally & then plan progress ahead. We also provide end to end services from matching to catering to wedding planning & have partnerd with vendors. Initially it's planned for the Bengali community.

As an extension we have Soulmates Café & Bistro a fine dining cafe experienced in providing global cuisine where a lot of relationships can be built over coffee & food. It is one of its kind a cafe for matchmaking/ business meetings/parties & even hanging out late nite. 

Also we showcase budding artists works in the cafe and hence we encourage new local talents following vocal for local ideology.
