Governing Body. • Mentored over 1000 TB survivors from various parts of the country for Tb Advocacy and voicing their rights • Represented India at the United nations HLM at New York, presented at the missions meeting on improving access to free diagnosis and treatment for TB patients in the Indian Embassy in NY in June 2018. • Received recognition from World Health Organisation to launch the Human rights and Stigma document in 2020 • Functioned as Jury (Judge) for the J- labs Johnson & Johnson quick fire Global compettion for NGOs all over the world • Resource person for TB Advocacy Trainings for International Union – TB Challenge- Stop TB Partnership, PTCC Partnership for TB care and Control towards empowerment of Tb advocates. • Functioned as Ambassador for Change.org during March 2015 World TB Month towards Media Advocacy • Panelist for Rights based Approach organized by University of Chicago law school and PTCC • Represented India as Speaker “On empowering affected communities” organized by Stop TB Partnership and Global Communities TB Affected organized in Bangkok on Nov -15 • Represented India during the International Lung Conference at South Africa - Cape town , Presented abstract on stigma and discrimination on Women . • Panelist at the Webinar to end to End TB at the International Conference at Guineva anong with The Director of WHO, Director International Union Policy and Stratigies, Director ICMR and Ministry of Family and Child Welfare. • Represented TB Women Communities , as Panelist for Need for Rights based approach on Women and stigma on 25th October at the Inetrnational Lung Conference held at Netherlands in 2018. • Functioned as Superintenent for welfare of the mentally challenged , created special infrastructure, innovative rehabilitation programmes , facilities at the Govt Mentally Defecient Childrens home • Functioned as Deputy Director for national Association for the Blind . developed innovative vocational training and development models for Blind women . Also initiated in a Community reganbiliatation project in Rural areas at Alibhagh CRISIS INTERVENTION • Contributed in the relief work during Communal Riots & Bomb Blast: Relief work, Communal harmony camps, Need assessments, Counseling and arranged compensation for affected victims • Latur Earthquake: Conducted Survey, Fact finding & Need assessments to facilitate organise relief and compensation. • Mumbai floods- Conducted Relief work, Health camps, medicine dispensation, organised food & clothing and matreials for basic survival needs . •
