I am Ms. Saagarika Srinivasan,(Ph.D) , Ms Clinical nutrition - Gold medalist , MD Acupuncture and a pre & post natal coach. Work with a great passion for helping people across all age groups. Strongly believe that your real friend or a better half is your own human body from birth till death. How we treat it is a very vital factor in life. What we eat, what our existing health conditions are and the change inculcated to meet the body’s needs & goals and to definitely keep them for long term , as sustainability is the key. I’ve worked across with different people holding different medical condition or a health goal. Diabetes being one major of them, I’m very proud to have reversed the condition of diabetes through food and lifestyle change. As how one can’t fuel petrol into a diesel car is an apt example of how every body is specific and there is no one fix for all. The process of understanding one’s lifestyle and making a change in the same through dietary interventions and making it long way is something I work on, that is I would say the magic of reversing many medical conditions that range from diabetes, PCOD, obesity, Gastro intestinal issues and so on.
