Biography

My journey of life has been soul searching and true to my life purpose. I believe every path, every journey begins from within, hence, it’s important to work on self awareness and mindfulness to achieve success in every sphere of life. My life experiences taught me that with an internal locus of control you become the author of your destiny. My journey inspired me to develop a new coaching niche called “Inner Anchoring“ which is approved by Certified Coaches Alliance making me the first and only Internationally accredited Certified Inner Anchoring Coach. In India we women are conditioned to keep others ahead of us even at the cost of losing ourselves, and that leaves women feeling guilty about their own happiness. I empower women and nudge them on the path of self discovery to help them find their anchorage and break free from the self imposed bondages to grow exponentially in every sphere of life. Helping my clients to release emotional blockages is my forte. I have co-authored a book named "The Calling" and now am working on my next solo book to bring awareness on emotional abuse, so that the ones suffering silently get the courage to voice their struggles.
