Sananda completed her masters in Counseling Psychology with a specialization of family marital Counseling and group counseling. She also did professional diploma in Performing arts Therapy, Softskills and Image management. She has experience working with schools institutions and organizations. She was associated with Amity University, Rabindra Bharati University. Her work consist psychological counseling for individuals, couples, family,group. She also she worked as trainer with multiple institutions. Mostly working with Employee Assistance Program. She worked with National and International Conference and Dance festivals. She was also awarded as best volunteer for International Dance Festival. She is the founder of "Mindful Life". Mindful Life provides mental health services, self developmental trainings . Organize mental health awareness program, Workshops etc. Also a platform to provide information related to Mental health and aligned lifestyle practices.
