I am Shrushti Dixit. I was born on March 17, 1994 in Nagpur. I have completed my graduation in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Suryodaya College of engineering in 2015. Whereas completed post-graduation in Electronics from Rajasthan University in 2017. I have learned the lessons of social work from home since childhood; I later took up the task of Accident Free Nagpur through Life Safety Project. Also held the post of Women Secretary of International Human Rights Associates . No mantra is required for success. It is just the fruit of hard work. As soon as I realized this, I started the business at just 24 years of age. This business is of manufacturing electronics weighing scales. Established in 2018, the business involved only 3 partners. Faced with financial difficulties, lack of experience and young age, we got guidance and valuable contribution. The experience of such a person who was well versed in this business was very valuable to us from time to time. In the business, I chose, women had no preference. But with the help of my parents and the encouragement of my friends, I was able to cope. In this business, which started with only 5-10 machines, today in just 4 years, it is working to send machines all over the country from small machines used in gold shops to weigh-bridge used in factories. At present I strongly believe that , there is no work that a woman cannot accomplish. And I will continue to do my social and professional work.
