EDUCATION:  

Academic learning has been her forte in her journey from the time she joined the school to the time she made herself professionally equipped. Her formal education entails acquiring a B.E. in Civil Engineering from MVSR Engineering College, followed by a Master's Diploma Future Cadd. In 2017. Before this, she finished her senior secondary at Sri Chaitanya Junior College (Alwal, Hyderabad) in 2012 and matriculation from Bethany Academy (Alwal, Hyderabad) in 2010, respectively. Her theoretical knowledge and her technical proneness have been in a state of constant rise endowing her with a clear vision for the future. Her focus during her graduation tenure was strictly on validating the learned concepts and applying them accurately in the field. Following her graduation, she was grateful to receive the opportunity to work at various firms thereby sharpening her skill sets to a considerable extent. During her graduation, she participated in the Throw Ball Inter College competition at the National Level and was a winner in ATLEMA 2k13 & Runner-Up in ATHLEMA-2k14.   

Upon graduating, she gained valuable hands-on experience by working as an Intern at Larsen and Toubro, Hyderabad; Junior Planning Engineer at Gannon Dunkerely & Co.Ltd, Hyderabad; Assistant Engineer-QS/Planning at KMV Projects Ltd, Hyderabad; Junior Quantity Surveyor at MSK Consultants and Engineers Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad; Technical Secretary to CMD & Director in Hajee AP Bava Infra Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad and specialized in Residential, Commercial and Industrial Projects. In the above roles, she learned the intricacies of construction, project management, Quantity Surveying, Site supervision and quality control. 

ENTREPRENEURIAL JOURNEY:

After working for various companies, having an entrepreneurial mind since childhood a fascination with infrastructure and an eagerness to make a mark in the construction Industry motivated her to start her own company with all the skills and knowledge gained during my employment. Hence, she incorporated Shree JSLV Infra Private Limited. Throughout her professional career, her skill set has been put to the test and challenges, beginning with an internship at one of the pioneers of the Indian construction sector, Larsen and Toubro, at the Pbel City Project- Construction of Residential Towers, and continuing with her work as the founder and CMD of Shree JSLV Infra PVT LTD. As a result, she has gained stewardship, competence, and strength to propel her organization forward. Through various operational processes such as identifying the root cause of delay in several projects and streamlining the critical path and highlighting them to the Project Manager, project budgeting and reporting, macro and micro contract scheduling, and many others, she has expanded her leadership abilities, analytical thinking, and strategic decision-making.

Her theoretical knowledge and her technical proneness have been in a state of constant rise endowing her with a clear vision for the future. She was a staunch preacher of women empowerment and have received several accolades for the same. Using her technical and leadership skills, she has received the “Asia’s Top 100 Influential Woman Award-2021” presented by Crown Times with Chief Guest Hiranshi Shah (Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, in the United Kingdom) in 2022. This award was given to me for Excellence as an Engineer and for insightful contributions to the society, the “India Top 100 Woman Icon Award-2021” presented by Foxclues, the “Super Woman Award” on 2021 by IWA (Indian Woman Awards), Nirgia, and “The Real Superwoman Award-2021” under the category of “Business Woman” by Forever Star India in recognition of strong standing against the challenges in life and being the role model in society 

Throughout her career she remained dedicated to continuous learning and professional development. Now she is presently pursuing her Masters of Construction Management (Professional) in Deakin University. She is also actively involved in industry associations and community organizations and mentoring programs for aspiring construction professionals.
