Dr. Srilakshmi Kondru With an ideology that knowledge is one value that never ever diminishes is what helped me, and my husband established BITS in 2008. Where education is all about managing human resources, I call BITS a women institution. For me, those priceless and satisfied smiles of alumni and students are indeed a blessing. Arising to the pillars of my entrepreneurial mind, I set my very own code of conduct. Initially, the staff needs to be paid on time which makes them feel safe and secure. I assure faculty of my institution are never shortened of Health and Happiness, which I feel are the greatest virtues on Earth. Born and brought-up as a warrior princess, I always used to be sort of a leader from my family. For me, if not into this, I aspired of becoming a Doctor and run a mobile hospital van that would facilitate the poor. Coming to my family, my husband is a B.E and MBA Post Graduate Degree holder turned politician. I’m blessed two daughters – Amulya and Anishka. If asked upon my Success secret, I might undoubtedly say – I walk the talk, Enjoy the challenges and believe transparency also as diligence. I’m a sort of a lady who believes that the simplest thanks to crack a problem is to travel through it and complete it. With a lot of dreams ahead to accomplish my dreams in accordance with BITS, I anticipate moulding even more young minds and shape them as responsible citizens for the country. My prime source of inspiration is my father, who advised me to assist people without expecting anything reciprocally from them. Well, if you think that I’m a sort of a significant woman taking care of responsibilities, aside from my regular academic practices, I love to sing. I really like spending time with my children. In fact, I think the above ones are the explanations which soothe my mind also as my soul.
