I am Suchitra . I am a fitness and lifestyle coach. I have been into yoga for than a decade now . When I started with my journey I  was anxious as I had few health issues at that time . I was suffering from major cervical issues as I couldn't lift a 500gms of weight too for 5 minutes. It started as a normal workout but it took over my mind like a storm and I continued it for long. Not only it improved my health but my mental status as well. Today I am a mother of three ; two lovely teenagers and one eleven year old. I have become major inspiration in my family. Same people have started supporting me who didn't believe in me when I started it . Well life is all about us and down. Its a little life story .
