Biography

Myself Usha Mallick , presently working as an Associate Professor , In the Dept of Nursing , Aliah University . Before that I was attached with Calcutta Medical Research Institute as a Head Of Nursing and in AMRI hospital as a Nursing Superintendent. I have done my B.sc in Hons in Botany from the University of Burdwan.I have done my M.Sc in Nursing from West Bengal University of Health Science. I have completed my MBA in Health Care Management from Sikkim Manipal University. Presently I am pursuing my PhD from Manasarovar Global University. I have presented many papers in National and International conference , seminar and workshop. I have many publications in Reputed National and International Journal. I have organized many National , International Conference. I have few article publication in Regional News Paper. I have awarded by UIJIR as the best young researcher of 2021 and two times my research papers were selected as the best scientific paper by the TNAI. I have worked a lots for my nursing fraternity during this Covid 19 pandemic. I have worked for the community people too during the devastating effect of cyclone .Apart from the above details , I am very fond of cooking , is very fond of domestic work and I like to maintain the family font very well. I am blessed with a boy child and having a very caring and loving husband. I believe in strong positive communication and I always use to see the positive aspects of every things in this world. I am mature , having a presentable personality and I am capable to maintain good IPR with people.
