1) My self Kollu Balakrishna I am working as a Hostel Welfare Officer at Govt. TW Boys Hostel (Regular) Peddavoor in Nalgonda District from Telangana State.

2) My first achievement is selected as Government Employee as on date:06-06-2013 through the proceeding No.TW1/607/2013 date:06-06-2013 orders given by the District Collector Sir in Nalgonda.

3) I am achieving my job in the Competitive field this exam 125000 member posts only located in the district just 18 only. I got district 12th

4) I secured marks 223 out of 300. I got the Job in Open Category. So my first dream is achieved

5) Totally till now, I am completed 7 Years of service in the Tribal Welfare Department as a Government Servant.

6) In this period 4 times I am achieved the best service meritorious awards from the District Collector Nalgonda from concerned tribal welfare Department 2013, 2015, 2016, and 2018.

7) During this Lockdown period, I am doing various social activities due to COVID 19 pandemic disease to protect fight against COVID 19 awareness programs in social needs.

8) I can contribute to my service to the needy people of the society, serve the food packets to the migrant laborers in located my area due to my service recognized by the Government of India in this lockdown period I got appreciation cum merit certificates moreover 89 from the Government of India. These are my national achievements.

9) I can also get Fsia award, The Hope International Indian Icon awards, The Legend of the worlds award, Saibba International awards, Green India research foundation award, Manas charitable trust various awards Mental Health of Professional Honors, Rehabilitations of professional Honor, Indian Icon awards, Bharatheeya Bouthika Vikasa Samithi award, Mother Theresa Corona warriors award.
