My self Netravati S Dandawati working as a guest faculty in government and private college. I have 6 years well experience of teaching in my profession life. My work comes first rather than anything else. I would love to do my work and I enjoy it too. My students motivate to me to do more and more work by which both are beneficiated. My students become friends outside of classroom where they solve their issues about the topics easily. I love to work with them by which I get more knowledge than somewhere else. I would believe that we will get more knowledge in teaching only rather reading the books. I agree reading books is more important even though sharing the knowledge the makes you independent and respective person in the society.
