Completed MSc Psychology, with specialization in Clinical and Counselling Psychology in SDM College Ujire, during which i was awarded as the Best Outgoing Student. Completed Masters in English from Mangalore University. I am a Certified NLP Practitioner. I have worked as Assistant Professor, in the UG Department of Psychology at St. Aloysius College, Mangalore. With experience in teaching and counselling for 8 years. And i'm now pursuing PhD at SDM Department of PG Studies and Research in Psychology, on the topic related to Yoga and Psychology. Recieved Best Researcher award for my research work on ‘Personality of twins. And secured prize for general proficiency during graduation studies. Presented more than 10 papers in National and International conferences. Have addressed people of different age groups on aspects related to Psychology. Organized World’s First Ever International Webinar by Twins, on the topic “Health and wellness”. Won Best Actor Award for Yakshagana performance in a state level variety competition. Have played a cameo role in the Kannada movie ‘Malgudi Days’. Achievements in Yoga are as follows: Have secured 2nd place in State level Yogasana competition in 2019. Received an award of Yoga Kalanidhi in 2021, Yoga Kala Prathibha in 2022. 1st place in National level Yogasana championship 2022. And have secured 2nd place in International Yogasana Championship in 2022.
