I specialise in Women reproductive health issues with yogic management of diseases and have 11 years of experience with different styles of yoga like Hatha,Yin,Restorative,Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga. I am a Govt of India certified Post Graduate in Yoga Teaching from MDVTI, Lucknow and MA in yogic Science from SKU, Chattarpur,MP. I started teaching yoga on digital platform around the globe to my students 4 years when Covid was an epidemic and health was on the top priority..since then I have taught over 1000 students since then..and over 250 females have conceived naturally.
