Sanchari Chakroborty is the Founder and Managing Partner of SC&A Legal Options - a boutique law firm which specialises in commercial dispute resolution and advisory and M&A. Having graduated from a state university and despite being the first generation lawyer, she has garnered more than a decades experience in litigation, advisory and M&A. With the support of the fraternity she started her own Firm in 2017 which has now grown into a law from with a strength of 12-15 people. Her associates who are only female are like pillars to her extending their support relentlessly. She has amassed a great clientele and has been instrumental in many merger acquisition process as well as successful resolutions of companies admitted into Insolvency and Bankruptcy as well as successfully resolved various disputes between shareholders or the company and its creditors or even various stakeholders in a family .
