Respected, Myself, CA. Manisha Garg belong to city Siliguri by birth but after marriage in 2014 permanently residing at Village District of Chitrakoot U.P. where Literacy is missing in all Village near by areas, so I took initiative of educating the female groups via Creating SHG, self help group of 20 women or more. They start small earnings by making agarbattis, stitching work, painting, potteries, diya makings etc. where they work in small groups with small group investments. Instead of begging or doing slavery jobs they earn with their own hard work happily. I guide them as needed for better livelihood. In last ten years in my District i have travelled various villages like Mau, Raipura, Bhaunri, Umari, Manikpur, Rajapur, Anchnera, Mau, Ramnagar, Bachharan, Shivrampur, Khandeha, Saraiya, Pahadi, Sitapur etc. to do awareness workshops for contributing to women group of society and make them self independent. This is my passion, i enjoy doing it. Helping the needy is best service of God! Thankyou! I personally faced very interesting challenges, as when my marriage was fixed i was destined to stay at Delhi but just after a month my father in law got heart health issue and myself got pregnant. I had to quit metro life and relocate at Village district where CA had no stand. But slowly & gradually i started my profession with small clients and then focused on RRBs Regional Rural Banks Audits. I was one woman army managing my small baby, in laws and my profession. I didn't want to give stop to my Degree CA in any way. No skilled staff availability, no infrastructure, no help. From my bedroom with one laptop i restarted my practice in 2014 and struggling, doing hard work day night, today my own Firm Manisha Garg & Co. is Self established Firm having expertise in Bank Audits of Schedule Banks as well as RRBs. We are doing very good work in Income Tax, GST, Bank Audits, Other Various Audits Etc. with God's Grace. Thankyou! Yes so far I have covered more than 800 students in my district as a career Counselling Faculty. ICAI also has few records of it in CCC portal.
