I DOLCY SIMON am the Founder Trustee of the NGO- VYOM “Volunteer Youth Organization for Motivation” as well as the founder & core member of the Child Friend Initiative in Vadodara. I am also on the Board of Advisory for many NGOs and lend my services as an External Member in ICC (POSH) in corporates. I am a specialist in training programs hence train corporate volunteers, students, and individuals in topics related to rural & urban development, Women empowerment, and the play-way method of Education. I play a prominent role in making life accessible for differently-abled individuals and enjoy Mentoring college students in social responsibilities and community impact. I have been instrumental in conceptualizing Toy rooms in all Government hospitals in Vadodara. As an Executive Director, I led the mega India level event of nine days at UWB Navratri Mahotsav for seven consecutive years.
