My vision as a teacher is not just to guide my students from only the contents of the text books but to ensure overall development of their personality. During my 15 years tenure as faculty member of the Higher Education Department of Government of Jammu and Kashmir (contractual—10 years and permanent-- 5 years), Moreover, I am the Editor-in-Chief of an International Multidisciplinary Research Journal and in the Editorial Board of various Journals. I have the distinction of being member of various Societies of International and National Repute working for the promotion of education and have brought laurels to the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir on the International and National Platform by organizing first ever Online/Offline conferences and Faculty Development Programmes. I have got the opportunity of being acted as a Resource Person representing J&K on the International and National Platforms. Various recognitions and awards have been conferred on me and to name a few are Nari Samman, Outstanding Leadership Award and Distinguished Assistant Professor Award etc. I have organized more than 100 activities as NSS PO by deeply involving the volunteers as my solemn duty towards the society.
