I am S.Jasmindebora hail from Madanapalle in Andhra Pradesh , persued education in Home town and graduated with BSC honours in Nursing at Nizami's institute of medical sciences, Hyderabad and worked as clinical instructor and Nursing supervisor at Arogyavaram medical center,Madanapalli .Am passionate about my profession ,my steady source of motivation that drived me to do my Master's in nursing with Medical surgical nursing specialized in Neurology and neurosurgical nursing after completion I started working in central part of Andhrapradesh in Medical College attached nursing College where I achieved my professional laurels from lecturer to professor in a span of 13 years .My leadership skills and dealing with coworkers awarded me promotion to principal post at age of 29 during this tenure I initiated various courses in the college ie Diploma,Degree and post graduation under IGNOU and NTRUHS. conducted Research and published work in National and international journal s,conducted conference and workshops .I stand for quality assurance, Quality education ànd Nursing excellence . Present NABH assessor, Editorial member for International journal of surgical nursing.Received best teaching faculty award. Empower always with other hobbies like painting,Handy crafts, Interior design ing, videomaking .Active participant in Redcross and APSUF as volunteer. Carried out direct ànd indirect services during pandamic to the public by receiving information and training from WHO. ofcourse this award may boost my morale in giving quality training and upgrading competencies among nurses such that competent nurses will provide quality care to individuals,family ,communities and societies
