1. Conducted 120 deliveries a month in sub-center and is well versed in the area of MCH care, Immunization and family welfare activities. 2. Promotes access to healthcare for women including both physical, maternal and mental health from preventive to the rehabilitative measures. 3. Empowers the women (eligible couples and pregnant women, children) in her allocated area, school teachers and school students through teaching the information regarding health and sexual health. 4. Highly-sensitive observer in assessment and finding the pregnant women to access to the institutional deliveries, motivates all the pregnant women to prefer for the institutional delivery and avoid home delivery. And the same way, she teaches and alerts the other co-workers and subordinates to identify the risk cases and also insist mothers on institutional deliveries. 5. Emphasizes the patients on preventive care for diseases including diabetes, hypertension, anaemia, postnatal haemorrhage, infant care and also health educates the patients on Life style modifications and also initiates measures to prevent both communicable and non-communicable diseases. 6. Teaches the parents and women at all levels in the community about Promoting value of girl child in a family and importance of giving education to the girl child. 7. Women and Media – She Disseminates the details women’s issues and addresses through conduction of health education in the villages. 8. Works for the up-liftment of the vulnerable and disadvantaged, zero tolerance for discrimination against SC/ST women. She reaches out to marginalized and vulnerable women including minority women, women with disabilities and internally displaced women due to social strife. 9. Encourages women to hold leadership roles and promote women in decision making. 10. Effectively implements all the women related National and International health policies at state and regional level. 11. Takes efforts towards environment protection including supervising the homes and other surroundings for the risk of diseases . To notify the recent work of her eg., sanitation measures for the cause of Dengue Fever. 12. Interacts with the village leaders and other voluntary organisations to initiate the Positive actions in favour of women & girls by means of gorming a self- help group at local level. 13. Participates in the development of an overall health plan for the community. 14. Provides quality Nursing services to the people. 15. Co-ordinates nursing services with other health team members. 16. Helps in research relevant to community health. 17. Promptly reports and records the health events and activities. 18. Effectively implements the immunization schedule and exclusive breast feeding. 19. Takes action to prevent infant and maternal mortality rates in the community. 20. Focuses more on registration of pregnant females for antenatal checkup and provide essential health services with the help of ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) 21. Averts the deaths by timely referral to higher centre by understanding and proper assessment of the high risk cases. 22. Actively involved in covid- pandemic situation in identifying the active symptomatic cases and referred to tertiary hospital.
