Biography

I am an academician in management discipline with 17 years of teaching and 3 years of industry experience. I am acting as resource person for number of research workshops, faculty development programmes and management development programmes. Successfully completed ICSSR Sponsored research project, AICTE sponsored FDPs, MODROBS and RPS etc... I am an alumnus of PSG College of Technology (BSc CT, 1998), GRG School of Management Studies (MBA, 2000), Bharathidasan University (MCA, 2003) Alagappa University (MPhil, 2006) and Anna University (PhD, 2013). Gold Medalist in both MBA and MCA. Certified as “Accredited Management Teacher” from All India Management Association in Information Technology domain. Recipient of Best Professor in General Management award by Academy of Management Professionals in association with IDMBA – Institute for Digital Marketing and Business Analytics, Hyderabad and Best Faculty award from GRG trust. I have about 40 publications to my credit including 22 papers in international journals, eight in national journals, and 10 in ISBN edited volumes. I am the Champion of ACBSP international accreditation process.
