I am Anjum Malik a 26 years graduate and a makeup artist as well as educator. Emerging from a reserved and orthodox family background my father is a local financier while my mother tends to home. Guided by my mother’s lessons in patience and my father teachings on resilience during tough times I faced initial life obstacles presented by societal norms that constrained girls from choosing education and career.My profound passion revolves around continous learning and personal growth. Despite familial and societal pressures for a government career i was captivated by the world of fashion and makeup.Despite opposition I persevered and after four years of dedication I established my own makeup Academy in Mumbai itself. The ambition is to be a triumphant female entrepreneur and leave an idelible mark for future generations
