I am Dr.K.Malathi, associated with Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Science as Associate Professor in the department of Computer Science and Engineering. I did my schooling in Ambur, Vellore Dist, and received as Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Priyadarshini Engineering College, and the Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Sathyabama University and I did my doctorate in Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, Chennai. I am self-directed, enthusiastic educator with a passionate commitment to student development and the learning experience. I have an experience of 13 years in teaching and 1.5 years of industry experience as Database Administrator. Being an Administrator Level incharge for admissions in college achieved 95% with full strength in all the departments. Also I have presented many papers in various national and International conferences. I have published more than 60 journal papers in various International and National Scopus and SCI type of journal. I have patented my research work. Being a student’s mentor I have motivated many of my students to participate in many events and competitions. I have received most enthusiastic award from my Institute during women’s day celebration. I have completed NPTEL courses with Elite-silver in Python with Data Science. My research interest is in Medical Image Processing. I have attended many workshops & FDPs related to her area of interest. I am a life time member in IET and IEEE.
