I am a freelancer. A training consultant in the area of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace. I also working as a Head-Resource Mobilization at Child Help Foundation, a national level NGO. Pteviously I worked with YWCA of Mumbai as a General Secretary and with Barbhaya Orphanage for Hindu Girls as a Director. I have been asdociated with 50 major corporates namely ONGC, Baja, Taj Hotels, L&T Construction, Reliance, Jindal Group etc. I am also a visiting faculty at Bombay Stock Exchange Institute and Shalom Institute for Learning.
