Associated with Apollo Group since the year 2007, she currently chairs the National Head for Academic Excellence position in Apollo Medskills Limited –the skilling arm of Apollo Hospitals Group. As an experienced, qualified and engaging Performance Consultant and L&D Practitioner, currently she focuses her efforts into designing and facilitating challenging business solutions and learning curricula. Offering a broad knowledge of the global learning and consulting field and an approach that colleagues describe as insightful and solutions set to propel ROI, she specialize in developing Impact, Learning, Knowledge & Accountability– the ILKA Framework. Within the capacity of her current role she has led transformations by creating learning journeys. Instrumental for setting up the curriculum, bringing in innovative teaching methodologies in order to elicit interest, nurture curiosity and encourage questioning in the Skill Development Centres that encompass various high end facilities like Simulation Laboratory, Computer lab, Web conferencing, English training, SoG skills training, to name a few, she strived to ensure, that learning remains an exciting, enriching experience for the holistic development of the students.
