Shilpi Uppal, an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism and a single mother to a 14 years old daughter was recently titled the Maven Ms Plus Size Perfect Looks 2021. Belonging to Noida, hometown Punjab. She belong from an army family Uppal is an independent, hardworking self-made woman who lives her life on her own terms. The gorgeous lady won the title amongst a total of 65 contestants from pan India and represented her curves with sheer confidence. Fierce and focused on empowering the plus-sized community, Uppal upholds the advocacy of a worthy cause. Backed by the endless encouragement and support from her US-based family Uppal says: “I am so proud to get selected at a platform that aims to search for fierce women who are comfortable in their own skin”. “This is a defining moment in my life and has taught me to prioritize my value more than ever”, she adds. Shilpi aims to inspire women to believe in themselves and be the best versions of themselves, regardless of what size they are. Proudly a successful educational business owner and a plus-size model, she also confesses that she always admired the idea of a tiara over her head with heels on her feet and grace in her presence.
