I am Rashmi Rao, born and brought up in Mysore and currently settled in Bangalore.

Hailing from an orthodox Hindu family my values and beliefs are more Indian and traditional. Indian in terms of believing in Unity in Diversity, high respect about our culture and its values. Whatever I do, I always believe in doing with earnestness and honesty which revolves around our roots.

Am a simple soul who believe in God, desire to love every creature and desire to be loved.

Strengths: Optimistic, Dedicated, Creative and Confident. 

Weakness: Should learn to say NO at times.

Qualification: MBA graduate.

Work Experience: Have 9+ years of corporate experience.

Achievements:

1) My event Dasara Dasothsava gave opportunity to 800+ housewives and mid level artists in Mysore Dasara event. This event created a platform for Dasa Sahitya(Dasasahithya is a part of Kannada Sahitya). Currently working towards helping, encouraging and motivating Dasa Sahithya.

I also have a small group of homemakers to whom I freely teach them Dasarapadas and participate in Sangeetha sevas at many prestigious Temples and Mutts. Has also given my LIVE Facebook programs by rendering dasarapadas.

 2) YUMMY WALL, foodie group is very active and has interesting activities every week and every month. Currently 3k plus homechefs are getting benefitted by the program. This group is created to encourage and motivate homechefs across the country. We have designed many activities to keep the group active which includes Weekly cooking competition, Live cooking programs and recognitions like Chef of the week, Chef of the Month and many more. I have done many cookery shows on Kannada's prestigious TV channels and has own TOP 2 title of VK(vijaya Karnataka news paper) Pakashale Queen for Bangalore City.

I have my own cooking YouTube channel and Facebook page as Rashmi Rao's Kitchen.
