I Dr. Renju Joseph has over fifteen years of experience in the world of education and counselling.I hold more than 20 academic degrees and also completed more than 630 certificate courses so far. I hold fourteen masters degrees, two bachelor’s degrees and two certificate degrees, in fields as diverse as Commerce, Economics, Management, Sociology, Philosophy, Law, Labour Management, and Human Resource Management. I have completed my thesis in International Trade under Bharathiar University on the topic impact of ASEAN - India Free Trade Agreement [AIFTA] on the performance of Indian companies. Currently, am working as an educational motivator expert in schools and colleges and among married women who dropped their studies after marriage or after getting a job. I help in the process to upgrade the skills of the people who are at the bottom of pyramid & help them upgrade their lifestyle and also provide better higher education for the aspirants who believes they can do something better than they are. And i am the person who believes to make a difference. I am looking at providing career guidance, training and support to help children/women come up in life and achieve their career goals. I promote Youth and Women Empowerment programs designed for growth and empowerment of today's youth, women and children.
