I, Mrs. Rajalakshmi R, currently holding the position of Professor cum Vice Principal and completed 13 years of experience in Nursing Profession while also pursuing my Ph.D. at Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation in Salem, am delighted to submit my application for the Super Women Awards 2024. It is a source of great joy for me to share how my contributions have positively impacted the lives of the students and the community. In addition to excelling in my profession, I have consistently demonstrated unwavering commitment to both the public and the university community. Being considered for this esteemed award would fill me with profound gratitude. I wholeheartedly believe that I am a deserving candidate for this honor, and I am diligently striving towards it. My career journey as a mentor & administrator, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence and have a proven track record of mentoring and advising students, and in my role as a student and homemaker I have been characterized by dedication, selflessness, and unrelenting perseverance. In 2022, I was honored with the BEST RESEARCHER AWARD at the International Research Awards on Science, Technology, and Management (INSO), an event organized by VDGOOD Professional Association in India. Filed a copyright. Practicing as a BLS instructor for health care professional students. Recognized as a peer reviewer in Journal of Pharmaceutical Research International, Asian Food Science Journal, Journal of Medicine and Health Research. Published Papers and Presented papers in National and International Journals. Published Textbooks and chapters in different books. These qualities are the very reasons I believe I merit this award. They serve as both a testament to my appreciation for the value of hard work and as an explanation for the challenges, self-doubt, and heartfelt effort that accompany the application process for this award. I will feel proud, pleased, thrilled, and glad if I win this Award. This will validate my efforts and give me more confidence for my upcoming endeavors.
