I am Namita Shah, career counsellor and a psychologist. It was my dream always to do something for the young generation. So when my son was getting confused what he should be doing further in his career and approach many career counsellor,but couldn't get the right information.So then I decided let me only get the degree of career counselling and get the knowledge so I can help him out. There were many students like my son who were totally confused regarding their career. Nowadays with so many opportunities and careers parents also tend to get confuse. So to help the students taking the right decision in there career opportunity I started Sparkle Career and counselling centre and along with my partner Dhruvi gangar have guided many students taking the right choice for their career and so our country has right youth in the right job .
