I am a social entrepreneur by Profession and my startup SWAN (Skilled Workforce Advancing Nation) Livelihood aims at empowering the workforce through our specially designed training & learning programmes. I am also the State President of the WICCI (Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry) Delhi Startup Council. I have been a recipient of the prestigious Glantor-X Women Leadership Award 2022 and also the Ambassador for Good award by Global Women for Good for impact work on Sustainable Development Goals 4, 5 & 8.
