India Contestant 2022 added a new official participant Meghna Joshi from Delhi
- Selected amongst 15 women founders to represent in the workshop series ‘Connecting Women Social Entrepreneurs’ bringing India and Australia together held in partnership with Western Sydney University, Punjab University, Australia – India Council in the year 2021.
- Recieved appreciation certificate for the implementation of the MISSION SHAKTI PROGRAMME of Uttar Pradesh Government in the year 2020-21.
- Published a paper Titled : Covid – 19 induced reverse migration : Need for Skill Enhancement for Sustainable Development in Uttarakhand, Labour & Development, V.V. Giri National Labour Institute, Govt. of India.
- Have been the recipient of the prestigious Glantor - X Women Leadership Award in the year 2022.
- Have been awarded with the Ambassador for Good award by Global Women for Good for impact work on Sustainable Development Goals 4, 5 & 8. in the year 2022.

The SDGs-2030 advocate technical, vocational education training (TVET) and decent work opportunities for promoting inclusive and sustainable economic growth and providing help to young adults. Possessing a large educated and skilled youthful population would be a valuable asset for the Nation’s developmental goals. SWAN Livelihood has taken up this challenge through skill up-gradation of the youth in the NCR of Delhi. It is envisaged to create stable workforce through skill development leading to a higher employee satisfaction rate as the net outcome.
