Tough times Never last, But tough people do!! I don't look at life for the things ,relations or people that left me halway in the journey of Life, however rather I appreciate and thank Almighty God for what I possess, I have - A wonderful God who takes care of me , guides me and makes impossible things possible., Amazing spiritual guides who keep me on the right track through their mentoring and continous support, genuine care and love, A wonderful daughter - who always inspires me to scale new heights and achieve new goals , A caring brother and bhabi who support my decisions, Extremely supportive parents who stand by me in every ups and downs of life and most loving true friends and colleagues who motivate me to achieve my dreams and passion, to reach the set goal and strive for excellence in every field that I come across through continuous learning , building and developing skills required to mold and shape me to become a better human being, a mother, a sister, daughter , a friend, a staff, an employee, a co-worker acolleague, and last but not the least a better citizen thriving to help others around me to achieve success!

Joined Bank in 2007 as Manager and got promoted to senior Manager in 2011.Since it was challenging to move ahead and take up transfers as an inevitable part of Bank promotion, held for 7 years and rose to the position of Chief Manager in July 2021 in Mumbai.

Received Employee of the month Trophy, Certificate and Badge in Pune District Regional Office for excellent performance in garnering Bulk deposits in August 2020.

2) Received Certificate of Appreciation in Top performance in Auto loans leads generation and loans disbursement from June 2020 to August 2020 in Pune District Region -BOB

3) Received Certificate of Appreciation for converting a rural branch to NIL NPA branch during the tenure from August 2017 - May 2019

Assisted villagers surrounding Mann branch, near Hinjewadi to open their savings accounts and providing benefits of government sponsored schemes such as Atal Pension Yojana and Public provident Fund Yojana and receiving Certificate of Appreciation from Banks Higher Authorities.

4) Receiving 4 star rating for branch at Baner when posted as Senior Manager in November 2015
