Describe Your Self

I am a social worker. I want to give respect to weak women. I was born in the year 1989 in Ayodhya (Faizabad) district of the state of Uttar Pradesh (India). My journey of social service was due to the torture of my parents by the family. Being a woman, my mother was not able to escape from the atrocities on her. Somehow we were trying to keep our guardian safe. Pressure was created regarding my education. I had to face a lot of difficulties to get education outside the home and to make a living. Then gradually I started getting stronger in answering people's questions. Then I started trying to stop the atrocities on all women like my mother. After that I did a lot of charity work for women and girls. Due to which women started getting relief. With the cooperation of my organization, about 16452 adolescent girls and 22054 women were benefited by connecting them with the governance system. Arrangements were made for food and ration to more than 5000 people during the Corona period. Along with it, transport was arranged for the people who had gone for employment in other cities to come back home. I am very much interested to do challenging work in the organization. That's why I enjoy taking on the riskier side of organization. If I am appointed by the organization at any level then I am capable of taking any risk. I am sincerely dedicated towards my work by giving utmost importance to personal skills, human values through positive contribution to the organization.

Project Details

I am constantly trying to empower women. The work of rural women empowerment is being done through the organization. In which work is being done on lower level women getting ration from government shop, regular open meeting of Gram Sabha, employment in MNREGA, regular operation of Anganwadi center, domestic violence. In which a union of 8000 women has been formed. Entrepreneurship work is being done for women. In which about 40,940 women of the last rung were linked to entrepreneurship by making women cotton wicks, electric lights, moose utensils, dona-pattal etc. Those who were made entrepreneurs by connecting with private companies, firms, local markets. Along with this, I am running the Ujjwala Rehabilitation Home, in which kidnapping for prostitution, taking women to other cities for prostitution, luring small children to eat, saving them from sexual violence and women from gang rape. Free food, education, medicines, pocket expenses and skill training are being provided after rescuing and rehabilitating them. During the work in remote areas under the health program, it was found that women have many types of internal diseases, about which women do not even know. For which women's health survey was done. In which various types of internal diseases were detected by women. Women do not use sanitary pads. For which sanitary pads are being distributed continuously through donation. Women are continuously being made aware to take healthy diet through “Diet Revolution” program to regularize menstruation. Women do not even know about diseases like HIV-AIDS, cancer, sexually transmitted infections. Screening for HIV-AIDS is also being done through medical check-up camps and people are being added to TI centers for free treatment.

With the help of women helpline, protection was provided to molested, mentally abused women and girls. 140970 beneficiaries were benefited by seducing women and men, pushing women/girls/children into prostitution, begging, sending them to other countries, pretending to be married, physical abuse etc. 12652 women/girls who were brought from other cities by deception/allurement/kidnapping/forcefully/on the pretext of love through mobile/under the guise of social media, were brought to their relatives with the help of police and administration. Provided food and ration to 5 thousand families during the Corona period. Helped assess the needs of over 7,000 individuals and families and provide informational resources. Almost simultaneously, more than 9000 women being trafficked for prostitution, abduction and rape were rescued and rehabilitated and 14,000 women were reformed and linked to employment. About 11000 Lonia, Navik, Vanraj, Musahar and other low level women from urban and rural areas were empowered for health, nutrition, menstrual awareness, maternal and child health.
