Executive Vice President of Qentelli LLC. I Am based out of Hyderabad, India with a lot of travel globally. My firm is 400 people plus, no am not the co-founder of the company, but this is my baby. I am the 1st employee of the company and just finished 5 years in the company. I have seen it grow from 1 to more than 400. It is easy to say that we are 400+, but with the dynamic Software IT market out there, it is difficult to stabilize an organization and deliver client requirements. For at least first 2 years, I managed all the functions - HR, Operations, IT, Delivery, and Presales. I am not a Salesperson hence, did not do anything in Sales and Marketing : )

We have won several awards for Innovation and Fastest growing company in Dallas, USA. Am 42 and we have a long way to go. I have seen alot in my personal life and have restarted my career and everything 8 years back when everything was taken away from me. But, as they say, everything happens for good, my boss is super supportive and the best person I have ever known. My family loves me a lot and is my strength. I am divorced and live with my parents.

Project Details

As Executive Vice President, Rashi Srivastava is responsible for the strategy for presales solutions and service delivery in supporting the sales / business development. She supports strategic pursuits through thought leadership and assisting leadership teams at Qentelli in designing sales campaigns, corporate strategy and reporting ESG and Sales performance metrics. She manages both US and India Delivery and Presales teams and her time is split as 65% in US Qentelli and 35% India Qentelli.

Primary Responsibility: (80% of her Job duties)

Oversee and monitor the performance of all direct reports (VP, Directors, Senior Managers, Managers and Solutions Architects)
Assist the sales teams in the positioning Qentelli Smart tools (Proprietary IP) and Key differentiators
As part of the sales cycle, participate in meetings with prospective customers and ensure unambiguous requirements for the team to architect solutions
Review the work (Proposals / statements of work / RFP responses) of the presales, solution and service delivery direct reports
Travel to client locations and participate in proposal defense meetings to present our capabilities for strategic (Fortune 500) pursuits.
Define roadmap for ESG teams and identify resource requirements on a quarterly basis
Lead the hiring activities for presales, solution and service delivery teams and make decisions on the right candidates for specific job roles by conducting the final interviews
Define strategy for supporting the sales teams
Define the process and workflows for all presales, solution and service delivery activities
Organizational Process Optimization by working with process teams
Conduct compliance audits as a certified internal auditor
Identify areas for cost optimization within the presales, solution, innovation and service delivery group
Define solution strategy for complex technology architectures and strategic prospective customers
Team building and leading cross border teams to ensure productivity improvement
Oversee activities and sign-off on key deliverables presented by Managers and above in the presales, solution and service delivery
Collaborate with sales / business development teams in positioning Qentelli’s key differentiators and solution (proposal / SOW) defense activities
Assist the leadership team at Qentelli in defining corporate strategy
Present composite metrics to report the performance of presales, solution and service delivery and Sales teams
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through quarterly interaction with client leadership teams
Monitor performance of reporting team members and taking corrective and preventive actions Monitor annual goals set for the group by Executive leadership at Qentelli and report statistics on a quarterly basis
Set Smart goals to all presales, solution and service delivery members and monitor the performance of the team members reporting directly and their teams to conduct annual performance reviews, salary adjustments and career mentoring

 


Additional Responsibilities: (20% of job duties)

Provide thought leadership to R&D teams (Innovation Group) and define strategy in building the next generation cloud enabled solutions serving Cl/CD, DevOps and Artificial Intelligence driven solutions which serve to be Qentelli’s key differentiators
Dedicated in providing thought leadership to Qentelli R&D teams in building Test Cloud platforms for Mobile devices and emerging technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and DevOps)
Define Solution strategy to provide clients with remote access to mobile devices on-demand, automate the design phase of projects
Leverage knowledge and understanding of infrastructure, technology landscape and protocols to accelerate the development of Qentelli cloud offerings to end customers

Achievements

I do not have a lot of awards if that is what you are looking for in this section. I think my growth in my professional career is my achievement. And the way I have managed my personal life, after getting separated and restarting my life in a different city without any support is my achievement. Am able to sustain me, my parents, and volunteer in different NGOs, that is my achievement. 

In Qentelli, I have been the 3rd pillar and executed all the functions and was Offshore Head with all the functions reporting to me. We have won several awards for Innovation and Fastest growing company in Dallas, USA. Have played multiple roles as needed to support the growth of the organization, being an EVP I have taken up roles of QA manager, Project Manager, DevOps Architect,  Technical Delivery manager, Consultant etc.

I believe in the saying that "Things Turn our best for the people who make the best of the way things turn out"

I am planning to start an NGO (OLD AGE HOME). Working towards making it happen.
