I am Prof. In Delhi university college. Published several papers in national and international journals. Invited speaker for different events. Done corporate counselling also. I was a convenor in developing e-content for the paper on cognitive psychology to help PG students for higher education. Prof. Wadhawan is also appointed as a Member of the Curriculum Committee for revision of self-learning material of ‘psychology ‘course at senior secondary level for the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Human Recourse Development, Government of India.

She was an invited speaker on Gender sensitisation for National Academy of direct taxes , Regional campus , kolkata.
