This is Adarsh Upadhyay..I am 48 years old I am involve in multi talent categories.. i am graduate in BA.I have won multiple certificates and medals in fashion designing,beauty parlour course ,soft toys,Mehandi,waste material craft,cooking,I am also habitual for singing and dancing.I have won diploma certificate in teacher training .I am also a motivational speaker. I am A housewife I have 3 kids… practicing yoga is my hobby. I m also a participant of Mrs india 2021 from where I got life time membership certificate.I want to be a global icon.I have done a proper course of beauty parlour.i have done 6 months of internship in nursing.i have recieved multiple certificates in fashion designing some of them i have uploaded in my achievement.i am also a social worker.i also expert in waste material craft designing same i have uploaded in my achievements.i am very good in cooking.i love to make super dishes to my kids. i am also very expert in continental food.i love dancing and singing. i do paintaing also sometimes..i am also active as a social worker at my place.i am a proud mother of 3 kids.i love to explore new opportunites.i do social work for women empowerment.
