HR professional with 22 years of diverse experience with defense and corporate. I am also a state council member for WICCI UPHR. I am an Advisory board member for Woman with wings platform.
Served in Indian Air Force for 11 years as SSC officer. There worked in different portfolios including Flight Commander Tech flight for the Russian missile system & HR Flight commander. Participated in Kargil and Operations Parakram wars.
Began journey in the corporate with Vanderlande Industries 11 years back , where I was heading HR. For the past 9.5 years, have been associated with Barco Electronic Systems Pvt Ltd and working as Associate General Manager HR. I am a strong believer of challenging the status quo and continuously upskilling the team.
My passion is to work for the empowerment of women in different sectors. Having said this i have been invited at various platforms to share my journey and experience to enable and uplift lot of students, professionals and house wives. Also working with an NGO Amruta Devi Foundation for the empowerment of rural women in Uttarakhand. Also very active member of AFWWA(Airforce wives welfare association) . I am very active at Linkedin platform and take it as my personal duty to share my knowledge with community.
For my work I have been awarded with Women Excellence and 2 HR Excellence awards along with the Global Woman Inspiration Award 2021.
