My short profile is as follows...

I have been serving as a role model, faculty, mentor and academic advisor to management students from last 15 years. I have done my Masters in Business Administration and Master in EAFM from Kota University. I have been a meritorious student and achieved gold medal in both. I have also done my Doctorate in Management from Kota University in 2011. I have worked with prominent institutes of India that incorporates Indira College of Commerce and Science, Pune ; JIMS, Delhi and currently associated with Subodh College, Jaipur. I have got many research awards from Jesus and Marry and Jair Hussain College, Delhi. I have got best teacher award from Youth world icon ans istr foundation.

I have presented more than 30 research papers and published more than 25 research papers in prominent national and international academic journals into my credit.I have been working as an editor of various Journals and also an active member of various agencies. I also provide consultancy services and conducts FDPs in various organisations.I have contributed in organising seminars and conferences in various organisation. I have also contributed in organising Job Fair for recruitment of youth.I am also working a president of IMPERFECT NGO and helps in organising Blood Donation Camps, Youth Development Programmes, Plantation drives, Child Education and collection of funds for the same. I have received many awards and recognition from various institutions as educationist and social worker.
